Rebel Ring is a gym management platform operated by Rebel Fight Co, a sole proprietorship based in London, Ontario, Canada.

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and phone
- Usage data: class bookings, check-in timestamps, attendance history, membership status
- Payment information: billing is processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers or banking details on our servers
- Device data: push notification tokens, device operating system
- App usage: features used within the app for platform improvement purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide gym management services through your gym
- To process membership payments via Stripe
- To send push notifications about classes, bookings, and gym announcements
- To track attendance and membership status on behalf of your gym
- To show in-app promotional content, including advertisements for martial arts related products, services, and Rebel Fight Co applications (such as Rebel Timer and SportsFinder)
- To generate anonymized, aggregated platform statistics that cannot identify individuals
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not share your personal information with advertisers
- Any advertising shown is contextually relevant (martial arts context) and does not involve tracking you across other apps or websites
4. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) in the northamerica-northeast2 (Toronto, Canada) region — your data stays in Canada
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access is restricted to authenticated members of your specific gym only
- Multi-tenant architecture ensures gym data is isolated from other gyms
5. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you the following rights:
- Access: request a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of any inaccurate information
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated personal data
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent for data processing (note: this may require account deletion as data is necessary to provide the service)

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond fully within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained while your membership is active
- Following account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked to any individual

Rebel Ring is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact rebelfightco@gmail.com.
9. In-App Advertising
Rebel Ring may display promotional content within the app, including:
- Promotions for other applications developed by Rebel Fight Co
- Contextually relevant advertisements for martial arts products and services
These ads are selected based on the martial arts context of the app, not on individual behavioural tracking. We do not use third-party advertising networks that track users across applications.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
