TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating a Rebel Ring account you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Rebel Fight Co.

2. The Service

Rebel Ring is a mobile gym management platform. Features include class scheduling and booking, QR check-in, membership management, push notifications, community chat, private session booking, and progress tracking. The app is provided to you through your gym — your gym is the primary service provider for your membership.

3. Your Account

• You must be 18 years of age or older, or have verifiable parental consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your login credentials with others
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• Notify us immediately at rebelfightco@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Membership and Payments

• Membership fees, cancellation policies, and refund terms are set by your gym
• Rebel Fight Co is not responsible for disputes between you and your gym regarding membership terms
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Rebel Ring does not add fees to your membership payments

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to access, probe, or breach any system security
• Attempt to access another member's account or personal data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use automated tools to access the app (bots, scrapers)
• Post harmful, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate content in chat
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Community Features

• Chat messages and announcements are visible to members of your gym
• You are responsible for content you post
• Your gym owner and staff may moderate and remove content at their discretion
• Rebel Fight Co reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms

7. In-App Advertising

The app may display promotional content including advertisements for martial arts products, services, and Rebel Fight Co applications. By using the app you consent to seeing this content.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, and branding is owned by Rebel Fight Co or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy at rebelring.ca/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rebel Fight Co does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Rebel Fight Co's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for your membership in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 CAD. In no event shall Rebel Fight Co be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Fight Co from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the app.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, Ontario.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice via push notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
